Eligibility
All person of Serbian birth or ancestry and/or their spouses who are licensed to practice law in the U.S.A. or Canada are eligible for Regular Voting Membership. All persons of Serbian birth or ancestry and/or their spouses who are enrolled in law school in the U.S.A. or Canada are eligible for Student Membership (non-voting).
Dues
The SBAA Board of Directors shall prescribe annual dues for regular members, which shall be payable upon acceptance and annually thereafter. Student members shall be excused from paying dues. The annual membership fee is due by January 1st 2007. The dues for members are as follows: $100 for lawyers who have served the law for 10 years or more and $50 for lawyers who have served it for less than 10 years.
Paralegal dues are $50.
